Palm Desert, California (February 9, 2019) – Authorities are investigating a traffic crash involving two vehicles in Palm Desert, a local news source reported.
The collision occurred at around 8:09 a.m. Friday, February 8 on Interstate 10 near Washington Street and near Jefferson.
As per the report, a white Volkswagon Jetta and a blue Nissan Altima were involved in the crash. It’s unknown what caused the two vehicles to collide, but minor injuries were reported.
Traffic snarled for hours on westbound Interstate 10 as emergency crews worked to clear the scene.
