1 Hospitalized after Highway 101 Crash near Flynn Road
Camarillo, California (February 8, 2019) – One person was hospitalized Wednesday afternoon following a traffic crash in Camarillo, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The wreck happened at around 3:48 p.m. Wednesday, February 8 on Highway 101 near the Flynn Road exit.
According to the CHP, at least two vehicles collided for an unknown reason on Highway 101. One person sustained minor injuries and was taken by paramedics to a nearby hospital.
All northbound lanes of Highway 101 were shut down following the crash. The damaged vehicles were removed by two trucks and as of 4:30 p.m. the slow lane was reopened for traffic.
The middle and left lanes remained blocked while vehicles were removed from the site of the crash.
The crash remains under investigation by police.
