Pedestrian Killed in Fresno Train Accident near Maroa and Princeton Avenues
Fresno, California (January 24, 2019) – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a train early Thursday morning in Fresno, according to the Fresno Police Department.
The crash occurred around 2 a.m. near Maroa and Princeton avenues.
Police said a pedestrian was walking on the tracks when they were hit by the train.
The victim died at the scene. No details were provided on the identity of the victim.
The Fresno police are investigating the incident.
