3 Drivers Hospitalized after Oakley Crash

Oakley, California (January 21, 2019) – Three drivers were hospitalized Sunday afternoon after a traffic crash involving three vehicles at an Oakley intersection, police said.
The collision was reported at around 3:49 p.m. Sunday, January 20 at the intersection of Laurel Road and O’Hara Avenue.
Firefighters along with paramedics responded to the scene and they found an overturned vehicle in the intersection with a driver trapped inside. The driver was then extricated and airlifted to John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek with moderate to major injury.
Two other drivers sustained minor injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital.
All three vehicles acquired moderate to heavy damage.
No other details were immediately provided. The crash remains under investigation.
