1 Injured in San Diego Car Accident on 15 Freeway near Carmel Mountain
San Diego, California (January 19, 2019) – A multi-vehicle collision was reported in San Diego on Friday evening, January 18.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred shortly before 6 p.m. on the southbound lanes of Interstate 15 Freeway near Carmel Mountain.
The authorities who responded to the incident recovered a white Toyota Tacoma a Jaguar sedan and a third vehicle at the scene of the accident.
One person was transported to a local hospital after sustaining injuries in the collision. The severity of the injuries sustained by the victim was not immediately established.
No other information was provided.
An investigation to determine the cause of the accident is underway.
