Fallbrook, California (January 1, 2019) – Authorities are investigating a fatal motorcycle collision that happened early Tuesday morning on Highway 76 in Fallbrook.
The California Highway Patrol said the accident happened at about 3:48 a.m. on the westbound lanes of the highway at Ramona Drive.
A motorcycle collided with a car, possibly head-on, for unknown reasons.
Authorities said at least one person died in the accident.
There were no other details available.
CHP is investigating the crash.
