Rosamond, California (July 20, 2021) – 73-year-old Victor Vilcapoma Zaga has been identified by the Kern County Coroner’s Office as the Rosamond man who died following a pedestrian accident in Rosamond Saturday night.
The fatal crash took place just after 9:00 p.m. in the area of Matthew Avenue and 20th Street West.
Zaga was reportedly struck by a vehicle near the intersection on July 17 under unclear circumstances.
