Minor Injuries Suffered in Cerritos Collision on 605 Freeway near Highway 91
Cerritos, California (July 13, 2021) – Minor injuries were sustained in a car collision that took place early Tuesday morning in Cerritos, the California Highway Patrol said.
The incident was reported at around 1:15 a.m. on southbound 605 Freeway, just north of Highway 91.
An involved party in a gray Honda Accord said the car was blocking a traffic lane and collided with another that ended up in bushes.
Responding paramedics said the collision resulted in minor injuries.
At least 30 feet of cable was needed to retrieve the car from the bushes.
CHP is investigating to establish the cause of the crash.
