Napa, CA: Authorities Investigating DUI Car Accident at Sousa Lane and Soscol Avenue
Passenger Hospitalized after Napa Crash at Sousa Lane and Soscol Avenue
Napa, California (July 8, 2021) – A passenger was hospitalized after being involved in a DUI traffic collision at an intersection in Napa on July 5.
The two vehicle crash happened in the area of Sousa Lane and Soscol Avenue shortly before 9:00 p.m.
A vehicle driven by a 22-year-old woman was making a turn from Sousa Lane into Soscol Avenue when it crashed with another automobile that was traveling north on Soscol.
Napa 2-Vehicle Crash
A passenger riding in the woman’s vehicle was taken to Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center for treatment of unspecified injuries sustained in the crash.
The 22-year-old woman, who was possibly under the influence, was arrested and booked into the Napa County jail on suspicion of DUI causing injury.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
