One Hospitalized after Humboldt County Crash on Shelter Cove Road near Paradise Ridge Road

Humboldt County, California (July 6, 2021) – One person was taken to a hospital after being involved in a traffic collision on Monday afternoon in Humboldt County, according to CHP.
The accident was reported at around 2:55 p.m. July 5, on Shelter Cove Road, about one mile east of Paradise Ridge Road.
A Honda Ridgeline and a tan Subaru Crosstrek were involved in the accident, which caused one of them to overturn.
Both vehicles partially blocked the roadway after the accident.
One Injured in Humboldt County Collision on Shelter Cove Road
One person was transported to a hospital for treatment.
Lanes were reopened soon after the emergency crews cleared the scene.
The CHP is working to determine the cause of the accident.
