Kingsburg, California (July 1, 2021) – A Kingsburg accident involving two vehicles Monday afternoon sent one person to the hospital.

The California Highway responded to the crash site shortly after 12:00 p.m., on June 28, along Highway 99, just north of the Bethel Avenue off-ramp.

The accident involved a beige Toyota Tacoma and a silver Toyota Celica GT that crashed on the northbound side of the highway for unknown reasons.

Northbound Highway 99 Accident

One unidentified person sustained minor injuries and was taken to the Community Regional Medical Center for medication.

The crash resulted in the closure of the northbound lanes of Highway 99 for an unknown time.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
