Carmichael, California (June 30, 2021) – Minor injuries were reported Tuesday afternoon following a traffic collision at an intersection in Carmichael, the California Highway Patrol said.

The minor injury crash happened in the area of Madison and Manzanita Avenues just before 2:05 p.m. on June 29.

A child was reportedly struck by a vehicle at the Carmichael intersection under unclear circumstances.

The unidentified pedestrian sustained minor injuries following the collision.

Details regarding the involved motorist were not immediately established at the report time.
