Lesther Deleon Among 2 Killed in Palmdale Crash on Rancho Vista Boulevard near 11th Street West
Palmdale, California (June 30, 2021) – Lesther Deleon, 37, has been identified as one of the two parties who were killed earlier this month near the Antelope Valley Mall in Palmdale, authorities said.
The deadly accident occurred at about 12:30 a.m., on June 9, on Rancho Vista Boulevard near 11th Street West.
According to the officials, a Dodge Challenger, driven by Jamaal Tyree Madden, 18, was traveling westbound on the roadway when it slammed into a Toyota Corolla, operated by Deleon.
As a result of the crash impact, Deleon subsequently lost control of the car, crashed into a light pole, rolled over and burst into flames. Deleon was also ejected onto the roadway.

Sadly, Deleon and his passenger, who was trapped in the vehicle, were pronounced dead at the scene.
Madden fled the scene in another vehicle described by witnesses as a dark blue Infiniti and is being sought by the authorities. He is described as Black, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has several tattoos, including a crown on the front of his neck, unspecified writing above his left eye, and a tattoo on the left side of his neck extending up the front of his left ear, according to sheriff’s investigators.
