David Cabrera Dies in Fresno County Crash near Fowler Avenue and Harlan Avenue
Fresno County, California (June 30, 2021) – David Morales Cabrera, 28, has been identified as the man who was killed in a Fresno County collision on Monday night, according to authorities.
The fatal crash occurred near the intersection of Fowler Avenue and Harlan Avenue at around 9:30 p.m. May 28.
Police said Cabrera was driving a Ford Ranger northbound on Fowler Avenue when he swerved across the centerline and collided nearly head-on with an oncoming black Chrysler.
David Cabrera Killed in Fresno County Crash
Cabrera was killed in the crash. Authorities believe Cabrera was driving under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident.
The second driver had major injuries and was airlifted to Community Regional Medical. Her male passenger was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
The accident is under investigation.
