Rider Injured in Santa Rosa Accident on Sebastopol Road and Corporate Center Parkway

Santa Rosa, California (June 20, 2021) – A bicycle rider was hospitalized with major injuries after a hit-and-run collision in Santa Rosa on Friday night, according to Santa Rosa police.
The incident occurred on Sebastopol Road and Corporate Center Parkway at about 10:39 p.m.
The rider was found lying in the roadway unconscious.
Rider Seriously Injured in Santa Rosa Bicycle Accident
Santa Rosa police said the victim was rushed to an area hospital with serious injuries.
The involved driver fled from the scene after the accident.
Police said the suspect was operating a dark-colored 2008-2010 Acura MDX. It sustained front-end and windshield damage.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic man aged approximately 25 years. He also had writing tattoos near his right cheek and eyebrow. He had a mustache, a goatee and short hair.
The suspect was reportedly wearing black clothing, including a hat.
The Santa Rosa Police Department is investigating the incident.
