Lancaster, California (June 8, 2021) – Major injuries were sustained in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Monday night at an intersection in Lancaster.

The California Highway Patrol said the incident occurred at about 9:08 p.m. at 30th Street E and E Avenue G.

Three vehicles were involved in the pileup, blocking traffic lanes.

Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene.

The report said the collision resulted in severe injuries to at least one person.
