Coroner Identifies James Dringenberg as Passenger Killed in Industry Accident on Workman Mill Road

Industry, California (June 4, 2021) The male passenger who died following a police chase crash Wednesday evening in the city of Industry has been identified by the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department as 27-year-old James Dringenberg.

The deadly collision happened on Workman Mill Road at the Pomona (60) Freeway just about 5:30 p.m. on June 2.

The accident happened when a vehicle, whose Dringenberg was a passenger, led police to pursuit after its motorist declined to stop. The vehicle then slammed into a trash truck in the evening hours.

James Dringenberg Fatal Industry Crash

Sadly, James died in the accident.

Meanwhile, the suspect’s vehicle driver sustained unknown injuries in the crash.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
