Morgan Hill, California (May 26, 2021) – At least one person was hospitalized with severe injuries after a t-bone crash that happened Tuesday afternoon at an intersection in Morgan Hill, the California Highway Patrol reported.

As per CHP, the crash occurred at around 4:45 p.m. at Dougherty Avenue and Live Oak Avenue.

Reportedly, a driver traveling at about 50-60 mph ran a stop sign at the intersection and t-boned another car.

One of the vehicles had about three occupants. Two of them got out of the car and were attempting to get the other party out of the vehicle.

All occupants were able to get out of their cars, including one male party who was unconscious.

The report said at least one person suffered severe injuries in the crash. The patient was rushed to the hospital in an unknown condition.

Authorities are investigating to establish the cause of the collision.
