Reseda, California (May 25, 2021) – A 28-year-old man was killed in a Sunday night fiery multi-vehicle accident in Reseda, authorities said.

The deadly accident transpired at about 8:00 p.m., on May 23, in the 7600 block of North Corbin Avenue.

According to the officials, a black Mini Cooper and a black BMW were traveling at a high rate of speed northbound on Corbin Avenue when, for unknown reasons, the BMW lost control, crossed into oncoming traffic, and slammed head-on into another vehicle.

The crash impact sent the BMW crashing into a parked car and into a fourth car which was traveling south on Corbin Avenue, the police said.

Five other vehicles were reportedly involved in the fiery chain-reaction crash.

Sadly, the 28-year-man, who was the driver of the BMW, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two people were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, while three others were evaluated at the scene.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
