2 Injured in Visalia Car Crash on Houston Avenue near Ben Maddox Way
Visalia, California (May 23, 2021) – A man was hospitalized after being injured in a crash involving a semi-truck hauling oranges in Visalia on Saturday morning.
The accident happened at about 10 a.m. May 22, on Houston Avenue near Ben Maddox Way, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A Dodge pickup truck was traveling on the roadway when the driver lost control and crashed into a vacant house.
The vehicle then went through another wall and back out of the home where it collided with a semi-truck that was pulling a trailer of oranges.
The pickup truck driver was injured in the accident and was transported to Kaweah Health Medical Center for treatment.
The semi-truck driver sustained minor injuries in the accident.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
