Anaheim, CA: Fatal 2-Vehicle Crash on 91 Freeway
1 Killed, 1 Seriously Injured in 91 Freeway Accident near Raymond Avenue in Anaheim

Anaheim, California (May 21, 2021) – A two-vehicle collision has claimed the life of one person late Thursday night in Anaheim and left another person with serious injuries, according to California Highway Patrol.
The deadly wreck happened at around 11:54 p.m. on the 91 Freeway near Raymond Avenue, CHP said.
Two vehicles collided for unknown reasons on the eastbound side of the freeway.

One person was pronounced dead at the scene. The name of the victim was being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
Another person sustained major injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital. Their current condition remained unknown.
The 91 Freeway was closed in both directions following the collision. Just before 5:00 a.m., the road was reopened to traffic.
Further details about the crash were not immediately provided.
The accident remains under investigation.
