Bakersfield, California (May 20, 2021) – A pedestrian was injured in a Thursday morning hit-and-run traffic accident in Bakersfield, authorities said.
The pedestrian accident transpired at about 8:46 a.m. on Wible Road at Belle Terrace.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in the area in unclear circumstances.
The pedestrian was injured and was hospitalized in an unknown condition.
