At Least 1 Injured in Van Nuys Collision on 405 Freeway at Victory Boulevard

Van Nuys, California (May 3, 2021) – At least one person suffered major injuries in a Sunday night Van Nuys collision that took place on 405 Freeway, the California Highway Patrol said.
The accident was reported at about 11:15 p.m. in the southbound lanes at Victory Boulevard.
A motorcycle and a pickup truck with a camper trailer were involved in the collision.
The report said at least one person suffered severe injuries in the accident. Paramedics responded and transported the victim to the hospital in an unknown condition.
Several traffic lanes were blocked for an unknown duration following the incident,
CHP is collecting more information to establish the factors that may have contributed to the collision.
