The major injury pedestrian accident happened at around 8:30 p.m. Thursday, April 29, at the intersection of Thompson Boulevard and Hurst Avenue.

As per the report, a vehicle was traveling westbound on Thompson Boulevard when the driver failed to notice the pedestrian crossing in the middle of the road and hit him.

The pedestrian was reportedly walking across the street in a poorly lit area when the accident happened.

The pedestrian was taken to a nearby hospital with major injuries. The name and condition of the patient at this time were not disclosed.
