Male Motorcyclist Killed in Taft Crash on Highway 33 near Berges Creek

Taft, California (April 26, 2021) – A male motorcyclist was killed in a Saturday night traffic accident in Taft, authorities said.
The deadly motorcycle accident transpired at about 12:54 p.m., on April 24, on Highway 33 just south of Berges Creek.
According to the California Highway, a Harley Davidson motorcycle, driven by the man, was traveling on the highway when it drifted to the right and went down an embankment
Following the collision, the motorcycle overturned multiple times, and the male rider was ejected onto the roadway.
Motorcyclist Killed in Crash on Highway 33
The rider was injured in the accident and was taken to Ventura County Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
The southbound lane on Highway 33 was closed for about one hour due to the collision.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
