Windsor, CA: 1 Hospitalized after Traffic Collision on Highway 101
1 Injured in Windsor Car Crash on Highway 101 near Shiloh Road Off-Ramp
Windsor, California (April 24, 2021) – One person was sent to the hospital after being injured in a traffic collision Friday afternoon on Highway 101 in Windsor, the California Highway Patrol said.
The incident was reported at around 4:45 p.m. in the northbound lanes of the highway, just south of Shiloh Road off-ramp.
The crash involved a Ford F-250 pickup truck and a Toyota Tundra.
The pickup truck went off the roadway and into a fence after the impact.
Paramedics responded to the scene and transported one person to the hospital with the complaint of pain to the chest and neck.
At the time of the report, authorities had not yet established the cause of the crash, but an investigation is ongoing.
