1 Killed in Trabuco Canyon Crash on Live Oak Canyon Road
Trabuco Canyon, California (April 21, 2021) – One person was killed in a solo-car collision that took place Tuesday night in Trabuco Canyon, the California Highway Patrol said.
The incident occurred at around 10:43 p.m. in the 20632 block of Live Oak Canyon Road at the Cook’s Corner.
Reportedly, a vehicle crashed for unknown reasons and ended up about 20 feet off the roadway against a pole and trees.
The male driver of the car was trapped inside.
Firefighters responded to the scene to assist extricate the victim.
The report said one person died in the accident, and the coroner was called to the scene.
CHP is investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
