Minor Injuries Suffered in Livermore Crash on 580 Freeway near Livermore Avenue Off-Ramp
Livermore, California (April 19, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a multi-vehicle collision that happened Monday morning in Livermore, resulting in minor injuries.
The California Highway Patrol said the collision occurred at about 5:22 a.m. on westbound 580 Freeway, just east of N Livermore Avenue off-ramp.
Three vehicles were involved in the collision under unclear circumstances.
Firefighters responded to the scene to find a vehicle abandoned and blocking the No. 3 lane.
The report said the driver of that car sustained minor injuries and was picked by another driver and taken to the Chevron gas station at 2186 Las Positas Court. Firefighters also went to the gas station to follow up on the party.
No other information was available about the accident.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
