1 Injured in North Highlands Motorcycle Crash on Date Avenue near Chippendale Avenue
North Highlands, California (April 19, 2021) – A motorcyclist was hospitalized after being injured in a crash in North Highlands on Sunday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Date Avenue near Chippendale Avenue at about 1:11 p.m. April 18.
A motorcycle is reported to have collided with a vehicle for unknown reasons. The impact of the collision sent the motorcycle off the roadway where it crashed into a pole.
The authorities said the rider suffered major injuries in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
