Camino, CA: Rider Seriously Hurt in Motorcycle Accident on Highway 50 at Carson Road
Motorcyclist Hospitalized after Camino Crash on Highway 50 at Carson Road
Camino, California (April 16, 2021) – A rider was hospitalized with serious injuries after being involved in a traffic collision Wednesday evening in the area of Camino, El Dorado County.
The major injury crash was reported at about 7:40 p.m. on Highway 50 at Carson Road.
The California Highway Patrol did not establish how a blue Subaru Outback crashed with a motorcycle on the westbound side of the highway off-ramp to Carson Road.
The unidentified rider was ejected from the bike upon the impact.
Meanwhile, the motorcyclist was hospitalized at the Sutter Roseville Medical Center with major injuries.
It was not revealed whether the Subaru operator remained at the scene or was injured following the mishap.
The accident remains under investigation.
