Arnold Crash on Highway 4 at Calaveras Big Trees State Park Injures One Person

Arnold, California (April 11, 2021) – A two-vehicle collision that happened Monday afternoon in Arnold sent one person to the hospital, a local news source said.
At about 2:43 p.m., on April 5, the California Highway Patrol received a report of a crash involving the two vehicles in the 1170 block of Highway 4 at the Calaveras Big Trees State Park entrance.
Meanwhile, one unidentified person was hospitalized at Sonora Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.
Officials shut down Highway 4 for an unknown time.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
