Oceanside, CA: 3 Hospitalized after Car Crash on Interstate 5
3 Injured in Oceanside Crash on Interstate 5 near Harbor Drive
Oceanside, California (April 5, 2021) – Three people were taken to the hospital after a multi-car crash that happened Monday afternoon in Oceanside, the California Highway Patrol reported.
Emergency crews responded to northbound Interstate 5, just north of Harbor Drive, after reports of the accident that happened at around 1:44 p.m.
Three vehicles were involved in the crash under unclear circumstances, and one of them ended up overturned down an embankment.
Three people suffered minor injuries in the crash and were transported to Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla for treatment.
The report did not mention the cause of the crash, but authorities are investigating.
