Glendora, CA: 2 Injured in Solo-Car Crash on Glendora Mountain Road

Glendora, California (April 4, 2021) – Two people were injured in a solo-car crash that happened Sunday morning in Glendora, according to the California Highway Patrol.

CHP said the crash occurred at about 11:06 a.m. on Glendora Mountain Road at Mile Marker 6.51.

An unknown vehicle went off the roadway and overturned onto its side under unclear circumstances, the report said.

Firefighters responded to the scene and found two injured parties. One of them was pinned under the car with unspecified injuries. The other victim was a female and suffered major injuries. She was flown by Copter 18 to Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center for treatment.

There was no information given about where the other party was hospitalized and their condition.

Towing services were needed to recover the vehicle.

CHP is investigating to establish the cause of the collision.
