One Person Killed in Livermore Crash on Altamont Pass Road
Livermore, California (March 28, 2021) – A motorcyclist was killed in a Saturday evening traffic accident in Livermore, authorities said.
The deadly accident occurred at about 6:54 p.m., on March 27, on Altamont Pass Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the motorcyclist collided on the roadway and blocking the westbound lane near the Altamont landfill.
Sadly the rider sustained fatal injuries in the accident.
Traffic on Altamont Pass Road was stopped due to the collision. As of 9:00 p.m., the roadway was reopened.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
