Raymond Tsuchimoto Identified as Man Killed in San Bernardino Crash at N. Arrowhead Avenue and Highland Avenue
San Bernardino, California (March 25, 2021) – Raymond Michael Tsuchimoto, 51, of San Bernardino, has been identified as the man who was killed in a multi-vehicle accident on Wednesday morning in San Bernardino, authorities said.
The deadly accident happened at about 8:29 p.m., on March 24, at the intersection of N. Arrowhead Avenue and Highland Avenue.
According to the officials, several vehicles collided at the intersection in unclear circumstances.

Tsuchimoto was injured in the accident and was transported to St. Bernardine Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. He was in one of the vehicles.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
