Eugene Lopez ID’d as Man Killed in Oroville Crash on Foothill Boulevard near Snake Road
Oroville, California (March 20, 2021) – Eugene Lopez, 34, of Martinez, has been identified as the man who was killed in a single-vehicle accident on Thursday night in Oroville, authorities said.
The deadly accident occurred at about 8:00 p.m., on March 18, on Foothill Boulevard, just south of Snake Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a vehicle driven by Lopez veered off the roadway and crashed into a tree.
Following the collision, Lopez, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected partially.

Sadly, Lopez was pronounced dead at the scene.
Intoxication was suspected of having played a role in the accident.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
