1 Hurt in Sacramento Crash at Fruitridge Road and Dewey Boulevard
Sacramento, California (March 17, 2021) – A pedestrian was injured in a hit-and-run accident Tuesday night at an intersection in Sacramento, the California Highway Patrol reported.
Authorities received reports about the crash at around 10:32 p.m. on Fruitridge Road and Dewey Boulevard.
As per the report, two vehicles collided at the intersection for unknown reasons, blocking the intersection. A pedestrian at the scene was then hit by a van that fled the scene.
The pedestrian suffered minor injuries. An ambulance was required to provide medical aid to the victim.
There were no other details given about the crash.
