5 People Killed in San Joaquin County Crash on Interstate 5
San Joaquin County, California (March 12, 2021) – Five people were killed in a single-vehicle accident on Thursday night in San Joaquin County, authorities said.
The deadly accident occurred at about 11:00 p.m. on Interstate 5 along South Harland Road, North of Roth Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a 1997 Toyota was traveling at a high rate of speed when it veered off the roadway, struck a highway sign, crashed through a fence and crashed into a tree.

Sadly, five people, who were in the vehicle, sustained fatal injuries.
More details about the accident were not immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
