Minor Injuries Sustained in Bay Point Crash on Highway 4 near Bailey Road On-Ramp
Bay Point, California (March 10, 2021) – Authorities are investigating after a minor injury accident that happened Tuesday night in Bay Point.
The California Highway Patrol said two vehicles were involved in the crash that occurred just before 9:00 p.m. on westbound Highway 4, just east of Bailey Road on-ramp.
A white 2021 Toyota Corolla and a white Honda Civic were involved in the crash.
A witness said one of the vehicles was traveling at speeds of about 90 mph when it crashed into the other twice.
Emergency crews responding to the scene said minor injuries were sustained in the crash. An ambulance was required to provide medical assistance.
The crash affected westbound traffic for about half-an-hour.
CHP is investigating the incident.
