Stanislaus County, California (March 9, 2021) – Two people were killed Monday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in Stanislaus County, according to a local news source.
The deadly accident, which was reported at around 12:00 p.m. Monday, March 8, happened on West Main Street, just east of South Carpenter Road.
The California Highway Patrol said a silver Chevrolet Silverado collided head-on with a black Chevrolet sedan on West Main Street.
One of the vehicles reportedly drifted into the path of the other, causing the collision.

Both drivers were declared dead at the scene. Their names have not been disclosed pending notification of next of kin.
