Sacramento, California (February 18, 2021) – A man was killed in a car accident that occurred in North Sacramento on Thursday morning.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 8:30 a.m. on Interstate 80 Freeway at the Longview Drive onramp.
A vehicle is reported to have drifted off the roadway.
The 80-year-old male driver of the car was killed in the accident.
The driver’s wife sustained minor injuries in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
