Long Beach, California (February 16, 2021) – The Los Angeles County Sheriff-Coroner has identified the Long Beach victim who died following a pedestrian accident in Long Beach early Monday morning as 26-year-old Jameon Davis.

The fatal crash happened at approximately 5:45 a.m., February 15, in the 3200 block of Long Beach Boulevard.

Davis was struck by a northbound 2004 Nissan 350Z while standing on the highway in the morning hours. Due to the impact, the pedestrian was thrown onto the southbound side of the road, where a 2018 Nissan Sentra hit him.

Meanwhile, both divers remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.

Jameon Davis Fatal Long Beach Pedestrian Accident

Jameon was pronounced dead at the scene.

Intoxication or distracted driving were not believed to have been played a role in the crash.

The Long Beach Police Department is still investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
