1 Hospitalized after Fresno Rollover Collision on Highway 41 near McKinley Avenue
Fresno, California (February 8, 2021) – One person was hospitalized after being involved in a two-vehicle collision on a highway in Fresno late Sunday night.
A Honda Civic and a Nissan Pathfinder crashed at the night hours on Highway 41 near McKinley Avenue.
The California Highway Patrol did not immediately establish how the two vehicles collided in the southbound lanes of the highway.
The Honda lost a back tire and rolled over while the Nissan slammed into the right shoulder of the roadway upon the impact.
Driver Hurt After 2 Vehicles Crash in Fresno
The Nissan operator sustained unspecified injuries and was rushed to an area hospital for further medication.
The driver of the Honda, who was not hurt in the wreck, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
The detectives handling the case are gathering more evidence to determine the cause of the accident.
