Midpines, California (February 4, 2020) – A rider was hospitalized with serious injuries after being involved in a traffic collision Tuesday afternoon at an intersection in Midpines, Mariposa County.

The California Highway Patrol responded to the major injury crash site at approximately 1:10 p.m. in the area of Highway 140 and Bull Creek Road.

The accident involved a Subaru and a motorcycle that crashed at the intersection, near the Briceburg Suspension Bridge, for unknown reasons.

Meanwhile, the unidentified motorcyclist sustained major leg injuries and was rushed to an area hospital for further medication.
