Minor Injuries Sustained in Castro Valley Crash at Redwood Road and Somerset Avenue
Castro Valley, California (January 29, 2021) – Authorities are investigating after two vehicles collided Thursday morning at an intersection in Castro Valley, resulting in minor injuries.
The incident happened at about 9:37 a.m. at Redwood Road and Somerset Avenue.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision involved a silver Mercedes and a Posta truck.
The vehicles collided for unknown reasons, blocking the intersection.
Emergency crews responded to the scene to help an unknown number of parties who suffered minor injuries.
CHP is investigating to establish the cause of the crash.
