At Least 1 Injured in Long Beach Car Crash on Interstate 605 near E Spring Street
Long Beach, California (January 26, 2021) – At least one person sustained minor injuries in a Tuesday afternoon Long Beach car crash that happened on Interstate 605, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A gray Honda and a Toyota Camry collided at around 1:30 p.m. in the northbound lanes, just north of E Springs Street.
First responders found both vehicles on the right-hand shoulder.
Authorities said the collision resulted in minor injuries. At least one person complained of pain. An ambulance was requested to offer medical aid.
One vehicle had its rear axle broken in the collision.
CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
