Injuries Reported in Yreka Car Crash on Highway 97 near County Road 12
Yreka, California (January 25, 2021) – Injuries were reported in a head-on collision that happened in Yreka on Sunday evening, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision happened at about 5:23 p.m. January 24, on Highway 97 near County Road 12.
A Toyota pickup truck is reported to have collided head-on with a second vehicle in unclear circumstances.
As per the CHP incident logs, at least one person was injured in the accident and was rushed to an area hospital for treatment.
Additional information about the accident was not immediately provided.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
