Pedestrian Hospitalized after Hilmar Accident on Faith Home Road
Hilmar, California (January 23, 2021) – A child was hospitalized with serious injuries after being struck by a vehicle Thursday afternoon in Hilmar, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The major injury crash happened at the location of 6383 Faith Home Road, near Crane Avenue, just about 3:35 p.m.
Although the wreck was related to a bicycle, the CHP later said a kid was hit by a white Honda while walking along the highway under unclear circumstances.

The pedestrian was attended to by medical personnel and then transported to an area hospital for treatment of major injuries sustained in the wreck.
Details regarding the driver of the involved vehicle were not immediately established at the time of the report.
The HP is still investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
