Carlos Salgado-Ruiz ID’d as Pedestrian Killed in Saugus Crash at Bouquet Canyon Road and Seco Canyon Road
Saugus, California (January 21, 2021) – Carlos Salgado-Ruiz, 35, of Santa Clarita, has been identified as the pedestrian who was hit and killed by a vehicle on Wednesday night in Saugus, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner.
The fatal pedestrian crash took place at about 10:06 p.m., on January 20, at the intersection of Bouquet Canyon Road and Seco Canyon Road.
According to the officials, Salgado-Ruiz was struck by a vehicle at the intersection in unclear circumstances.

Sadly, Salgado-Ruiz was pronounced dead at the crash site.
Meanwhile, police closed down Seco Canyon Road in both directions for an unknown time.
