Lake Forest, California (January 16, 2021) – At least one person was hospitalized Saturday afternoon following a three-vehicle crash in Lake Forest, according to a local news source.
Just after 2:00 p.m., emergency personnel responded to the Golden State (5) Freeway, just north of El Toro Road, for a report of a multi-vehicle collision.
Upon arrival, they determined that three vehicles collided in the southbound lanes of the freeway.

At least one patient was taken by responding paramedics to a local hospital in unknown condition.
A SigAlert was issued blocking the No. 1 and 2 HOV lanes.
